Recruitment of Highly Skilled Foreign Talent

At Tsuboi Reiki, we actively promote the employment of highly skilled foreign talent by leveraging a wide range of our own unique channels.

There are 19 types of work visas that allow foreign nationals to work in Japan, one of which is the “Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services” visa. The “Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services” visa is granted to foreign professionals under contract with corporations or organizations to engage in roles requiring specialized or technical knowledge, such as office personnel and engineers.

Hiring Process for International Students

By meeting these requirements, companies can apply for and obtain approval for the “Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services” visa. At Tsuboi Reiki, we leveraged JETRO’s Foreign Human Resources Support Package to hire professionals from Bangladesh starting in April 2025.
